2. All players deserve the right to appeal.
EXCEPTION: If the league deems that a player did something so clearly terrible that appealing would be a pointless exercise then a player may not be awarded the right to appeal.
3. Fighting, Acting in a threatening way, Destroying property, Not following any instructions given and threats to kill may at the discretion of the refereeing staff result in an immediate ejection for the remainder of play.
EXCEPTION: If a player can not be disciplined or to discipline will result in increased anger then the matter will be discussed at the next meeting.
4. The league will treat ALL threats to kill as extremely serious.
5. If a player does any of the following.
- Arguing with a umpire in a threatening way (With other circumstances) a
- Attacks any staff member b
- Is racist, sexist or homophobic in any way c
- Attempts to commit or commits rape d
- Committing sexual harrassment (NOTE: Touching will not constitute it unless they deliberately go at any private parts) e
- Any other offence the league deems extremely offensive f
Shall be instantly expelled. If they commit b, c, d or e then they will be provided no opportunity to appeal. If they commit a, b, c or f then the league may not ban a player for life but if d or e is committed then the player will be banned from attending ANY game of the league for life and if d is committed the police should be called and the principal notified at the earliest possible time.
6. If the league places Probation as one of the punishments they can be given one of two types
Full Probation and Partial Probation
Full Probation means that if a player is suspended during the period of probation then they will be immediately expelled from the league.
Partial Probation means that if a player is suspended for any more than 2 weeks during the period of probation then they will be immediately expelled from the league.
